Allsorts - poppy and/or colour inspiration

Hi all,
the challenge at Allsorts this week is hosted by Brenda and knowing her I wasn't at all surprised by the poppy theme cause she loves them :) But to make the theme a bit wider she added a mood board to be inspired by as well. So no poppies on my creation this time, but I used the colours from the inspirational picture. I masked of the moon and distressed the paper with Fired Brick, Dried Marigold and Shabby Shutters. Stamped two Penny Black trees and added a die cut sentiment.

We are sponsored by Swedish House Crafts, and that webshop is well worth a visit!

Allsorts - Fancy folds

My turn to host the challenge at Allsorts and I chose Fancy folds. So make a card with more than one fold, or fold a bag, a box, a birthday cake.
I made a gift bag, folded from white cardstock and decorated with flowers using a Sizzix die, leaves using a maple leaf die, stamped the name on a tag and printed a computer generated sentiment. It's a bag that my nephew's baby got for his christening.

Allsorts - Lavender and lace

At Allsorts this week we have a combination for you - Lavender and lace. This, I guess, sets up for some really soft, shabby chic, pastel creations. At least, that's how I interpreted it :). So my card is just that; soft, pastel, shabby chic with sewn on lace and gold embossed sentiment.
Have a lovely weekend!

Allsorts - Magical/Mythical

This week at Allsorts the theme is Magical/Mythical, so think fairies, trolls, unicorns and wizards. I wanted to try some rarely used colours from the distress ink shelf so I went for fired brick and black soot.

Allsorts - A question of sport

The theme at Allsorts this week is sports, all kinds. So I went for fishing cause it works well for male cards, and the family is rapidly filling up with boys :)
I made a tag where I masked off the Lili of the valley-stamp so I could keep the sweater and fishing bobber white, and coloured the background with DI weathered wood, tumbled glass and bundled sage.
